Dear Everyone:
Welcome to the first Robinson on-line
Holiday Card! We all have new things taxing our time, and for Lynn
and I, it has been Emma Laine. It is Christmas Eve and today she turned
16 months. For Chanukah this year I jokingly asked Lynn for a Barbie
Cam digital camera (why spend lots of money till they make 'em better), and
she went and bought me a nicer one instead. Because of this, I have taken
the opportunity to snap a few shots. Below are thumbnails of these
images. Click on any one of them to view a full sized image. (and the
story continues below...)

This has been quite a year, and next year should prove to be even more exciting. Lynn has a scheduled C-section for the end of April, when #2 shows up. The amnio showed nothing, other than gender, BUT Lynn won't let me find out. Not that she thinks I can't keep the secret, it would just drive her bonkers knowing I knew and she didn't.
This year saw me finish my Masters of Science (System Engineering) from Johns Hopkins. What a relief it is to have that behind me. I haven't done much with my recovered free time, other than try to help more with Emma.
And as for Emma, what a difference a year makes. Any of you who have kids have seen this before, but like NBC's re-runs, "if you haven't seen it, it's new to you". We have been doing the "picture a month" thing in a picture album, which is the only way to really see the change. Within the last month or so, she has taken to walking, talking (alot), and learned how to use the word NO real well.
This Chanuka, we did a double dose of family. Night 7 was the Robinson Clan in full, including Harry back from sea. Night 8 was the Berman Clan. A week later we are still eating leftover latkes! And if you didn't hear from us, well...
Well, other than some tidbits and recent pictures, I won't make this a detail of everything we did this year. If you haven't been lately, you can go to my personal home page, which is updated somewhat probably from your last visit.
Hope you enjoyed this jaunt. Please print it or otherwise share it with non-connected relatives you think might enjoy, or just tell 'em what they missed!
